Hours of Operation: We care for pets 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Our pet care hours are around the clock by reservation. You are welcome to call us from 830 am until 7 pm 7 days a week. 

Scheduling:  We request you schedule with us by calling or texting. We prefer a phone call so we can discuss any specific details. 

Reservations: We recommend scheduling walks and overnight stays several weeks in advance due to demand. An initial in-home “meet and greet” is required prior to all reservations for new clients. 

Short Notice Requests: We understand things come up last minute and you may need pet care on short notice. We will do our very best to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability. 

Pet Sitting Billing Policy: All pet sitting reservations  confirmations should be paid in full 5 day needs to be booked paid in full 5 days in advance. These booking are non-refundable, if cancelled with 72  hours or less notice. 72 hour to 7 days notice will result in a 100% NON REFUNDABLE . Over 7 days notice, receives a full refund. 

Reservation confirmation: Once your reservation has been completed, with FULL PAYMENT 5 DAYS IN ADVAVANCE, Paw Prince Pet Services will copy and send back a copy of your ZELLE. and  a confirmation. If you do not receive a text  confirmation, please text or call us to follow up. 

Visit Times: Due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee an exact time of visit, but we will give you a window of time when we expect to arrive. Should we be unable to arrive during that window, we will advise you of the latest updates. 

Cancellations:  Pet Sitting cancellations need to be canceled at 72 hours  prior for DAILY WALKS ONLY!

OVERNIGHTS or VACATIONS NEED TO BE CANCELED  7 DAYS OUT FROM DATE START or NO REFUND!!

PAYMENT, RETURN AND LATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment: Paw Prince Pet Services accepts  payments through  Zelle, ONLY! NO CHECKS!!  Please make all  payable to Theresa Marie Prince. Cash payments are not accepted. Clients wishing to pay online may make payment via ZELLE  to Theresa Marie’s mobile number. 

Unforeseen Purchases: If necessary, Paw Prince Pet Services will purchase pet food, litter, cleaning supplies or other necessary items that are essential to the health and well-being of your pet while you are absent. We will retain a receipt and the pet owner is responsible for reimbursement of these items. In addition to item reimbursement there will be a $20 trip fee. Please make sure that all items needed to care for your pet are in full supply prior to the start of service. ZELLE  payments will be required on all future payments. 

HOME ACCESS AND SECURITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Keys: Paw Prince Pet Services must obtain one (1) verified copies of your house key during the initial in-home visit when services are scheduled. Keys will be returned within 7 days of the end of your service. We require a key even if you have provided an access code in the event of a power outage. 

Security notifications: Always notify your alarm company, door person and/or gate guards that Paw Prince Pet Services will be caring for your pets so that we are allowed access to your home and service goes uninterrupted. If possible provide a gate card, gate remote control, or key fob.

Additional Pet Care Assistance And Other Scheduled Services Not Affiliated With Paw Prince Pet Services: Paw Prince Pet Services, company owner, agents, assigns, successors and heirs are not liable and are completely indemnified for any and all liability stemming from the act(s) or failure to act of third parties, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to, friends, neighbors, relatives or other service persons., that shall enter your residence for any purpose while Paw Prince Pet Services is caring for your pets.

Privacy Policy: All of your information will be kept private and confidential. Paw Prince Pet Services highly respects our clients entrusting us with the care of their home and their loving pets. We do recommend that you inform a trusted neighbor that while you are away, Paw Prince Pet Services will be caring for your pets and your home.

PET BEHAVIOR AND SAFETY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Aggressive Behaviors: If a pet has a history of biting or other aggressive behavior, Paw Prince Pet Services reserves the right to refuse service. Bites must be reported to the local authorities as provided by law. The owner will be liable for all medical care expenses and damages that result from an animal bite.

Animal Behaviors: Animals behavior can be unpredictable. Paw Prince Pet Services does not accept responsibility or liability for animal behavior, normal or otherwise, which result in injury to the client’s animals. Further, if a Paw Prince Pet Services provider is harmed or injured by the client’s animals, the client/owner accepts full responsibility for the cost of any necessary medical attention required by either the Paw Prince Pet Services Pet Care provider or by the animals. It is expressly understood and agreed that Paw Prince Pet Services shall not be held responsible for any damage to Client’s property, or that of others, caused by Client’s pet(s) during the period in which the pets are in the care of Paw Prince Pet Services. I also agree that it is my responsibility to notify Paw Prince Pet Services of any pet that has ever caused an injury to any human or other pet.

Vaccinations/Immunizations: Paw Prince Pet Services requires that all pets have the necessary vaccinations and immunizations before service begins. We may ask to see expiration dates for rabies vaccinations to photograph for our files.

Weather Policy: We strive to create a safe and healthy environment for your pets and our staff. In the event of extreme temperatures or severe and hazardous weather conditions, your Paw Prince Pet Services caregiver will be directed to provide a potty break and spend the remainder of the visit playing with your pet indoors. These weather conditions include temperatures exceeding 95 degrees, temperatures below 10 degrees, torrential or freezing rain, hail, and when lightening is present. If your pet has heat or cold sensitivities beyond breed standards, please inform us at the time of your initial consultation.

Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, Paw Prince Pet Services has requested the name and phone number of a trusted emergency contact living nearby. If Paw Prince Pet Services is physically unable to reach your home due to impassable roads, we will reach out to them immediately. Your pets’ health and well-being are our utmost concern and we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed of these events.

Household Emergencies. Please leave the name and number of a trusted maintenance company or a person you can rely on to attend to any household emergencies that may arise during your absence. This includes but is not limited to; leaking pipes, malfunctioning water heaters and heating and air units. Please discuss any continuous household problems during consult.

Fences. Fenced in yards are wonderful playgrounds for our dogs and allow them additional space to exercise and play. However, no fence system is totally secure. Paw Prince Pet Services does not accept responsibility or liability for any client’s animals that escape or become lost or injured, fatal or otherwise, when instructed to leave the clients animals in a fenced in area. This includes electronic, wood, metal or any other type of fence. We also reserve the right to refuse yard play if the yard poses a threat to the pets or providers. For example: unsanitary conditions, stagnant water, excess animal waste, unkempt lawn, hazardous trash or items strewn about.

Thermostats. Please leave your thermostat settings within a normal comfortable range (65-75F). If the house temperature is outside of this range, Paw Prince Pet Services will adjust the thermostat. This is to ensure the health and comfort of your pets and Paw Prince Pet Services staff during our time of service.

EMERGENCY PET CARE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Authorization of emergency care: If a pet becomes ill while under the care of Paw Prince Pet Services, I authorize the representative of Paw Prince Pet Services to transport my pet to my veterinarian (or one who is available) if this is needed in his/her best judgment. I authorize said representative to approve any emergency treatment recommended by the veterinarian (unless otherwise stated in Veterinarian Release Form) and I agree to pay promptly for any charges incurred. I release Paw Prince Pet Services from any and all liabilities related to transportation, treatment, and expense.

Reimbursement for emergency care: I agree to reimburse Paw Prince Pet Services for any additional fees for tending to emergency or veterinary care as well as any expenses incurred for any other unexpected home, food, or other supply needs. Client also agrees to reimburse Paw Prince Pet Services for additional time accrued at the rate of $10 per hour in the case of such an emergency.       

LIABILITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Claims: Customer expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Paw Prince Pet Services, its employees and associates, except those proven to be arising from negligence on the part of Paw Prince Pet Services.
